Summary

At Floating Binary, I helped build FlashApply, an AI-powered resume tailoring platform that uses keyword scoring and intelligent content suggestions to align resumes with job descriptions. I developed recruiter workflows, automated pipelines, and a secure document-processing pipeline for multi-format resume parsing and PII redaction. I also led the migration of the product from desktop to a Next.js web platform, re-implementing global state management to improve stability and maintainability.
