At Floating Binary, I engineered an AI-powered resume tailoring engine for FlashApply that utilizes keyword scoring and smart content suggestions to automate candidate alignment with job descriptions. I streamlined the recruitment lifecycle by building automated recruiter dashboards and pipelines, while integrating a secure data processing layer for multi-format resume parsing and PII redaction.
